OVERVIEW & OBJECTIVE

This role is focused on custom development on SharePoint Platform, working with Asst. Manager and reports to Manager.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This is full-time role focused on internal IT Projects with the ability to deliver against strict deadlines and business requirements.
  • This role requires awareness on latest patterns/tools/techniques to customize SharePoint-based Portals and Solutions.
  • This role requires quick ramp up on new technologies whenever required.

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • Candidate should have at least 4 experience in architecture design and development of enterprise level applications on SharePoint platform with overall 5 years of experience in IT.
  • Candidate should have worked on at least 2 projects over a period of around 1 year on SharePoint 2013 Platform.
  • Must have excellent communication and documentation skills and ability to understand and convert business needs into a solution
  • Have deep technical understanding of SharePoint Development Methodologies.
  • Have expertise in SharePoint development processes, best practices and experience in associated technologies on MS stack like ASP.NET, IIS and SQL.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in creating solutions utilizing SharePoint Object models (both Server, CSOM)
  • Experience building rich user experience web applications using current web technologies like HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS
  • Strong Experience in Web service standards like WCF/REST, service oriented architecture and integration with other platforms
  • Strong experience in database design, especially on MS SQL Server
  • Experienced in all aspects of Software development lifecycle
  • Experience working as Dev. Lead is a plus

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Experience on SharePoint Server 2013, SharePoint Server 2010, and MOSS 2007
  • Expertise on web development (C#.NET, ASP.NET, CSS, LINQ, Silverlight, XAML, JQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, XSLT, IIS, AJAX, HTML)
  • Experience with ASP.Net n-tier development, and XML/JSON based web services, .Net framework 3.5/4.0/4.5, InfoPath, WWF, WCF
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting on SharePoint
  • Experience in customizing SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer 2013/2010/2007
  • Expertise designing, developing, testing and integrating custom solutions on SharePoint 2010/ 2013, including, but not limited to building components like web parts, app parts, event receivers, timer jobs, workflows, forms, templates, branding, user controls, field controls, features and wsp package based deployment
  • Advanced knowledge and in depth understanding of capabilities of workflows in SP 2013 using Workflow Manager
